By scheduling services with Loren's Landscaping and Lawncare LLC, you ("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Services

Loren's Landscaping and Lawncare LLC provides residential and commercial landscaping, lawn maintenance, tree planting, landscape design, and related services. The specific services to be performed will be agreed upon prior to the start of work.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including photos or an in-person visit.
  • Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. Final costs may vary if the scope of work changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered, or additional services are requested.
  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be communicated to the Customer before additional charges are incurred.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as communicated at booking.
  • Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee or suspension of future services.

4. Access to Property

  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date.
  • Any pets should be secured and gates should be unlocked on service days.
  • We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features not disclosed to us prior to service.

5. Satisfaction & Disputes

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds for completed services but will make reasonable efforts to correct any errors at no additional cost.

6. Liability

Loren's Landscaping and Lawncare LLC carries appropriate insurance for our operations. However, we are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by extreme weather, or damage resulting from Customer-provided incorrect information (e.g., unmarked underground lines, hidden obstacles).

7. Weather & Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you as promptly as possible and work with you to find an alternate date.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: April 22, 2025

We understand that schedules change. To keep our team operating efficiently and to serve all customers fairly, we ask that you follow the guidelines below when canceling or rescheduling a service appointment.

Cancellations by the Customer

  • 24+ hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50, depending on the scope of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows: If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property or reach you, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation and may result in a fee.

Cancellations by text or email are accepted and the time of your message will serve as the cancellation timestamp.

Cancellations by Loren's Landscaping and Lawncare LLC

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, crew emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as quickly as possible and will prioritize rescheduling your appointment at your earliest convenience. No cancellation fees will apply in these situations.

Recurring Service Agreements

For customers on a recurring maintenance plan, please provide at least 7 days' written notice if you wish to pause or cancel your ongoing service agreement. Early termination of a prepaid plan may result in a prorated refund or credit, depending on the services already rendered.
